Cancellation Policy
appointments require a card on file to reserve.
cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
appointments canceled within 48 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
no-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service.
as a mobile provider, please ensure a clean, quiet space is prepared upon arrival. please also allow 30 minutes prior to your appointment time for setup, as I will need access to the space to properly prepare for your service. excessive delays may result in shortened service time without price adjustment.
